2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide in our forms (name and email address for the newsletter subscription), as well as navigation data (IP address, device type, pages visited) obtained through cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to send you editorial information about real estate in Argentina, updates on the Navorithyx project, measure site usage and improve content. The legal basis is the consent you give by completing the form or accepting cookies, in accordance with Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection.
4. Retention
We keep the data for the time necessary to fulfill the informed purpose and, in any case, while you keep your subscription active. You can request the cancellation at any time from the footer of every email or by writing to privacy@navorithyx.com.
5. Recipients
Data is processed by Navorithyx S.A.S. and by technology providers acting as processors (email, web analytics and hosting services). We do not transfer data to third parties for unrelated commercial purposes.
6. International transfers
Some providers may be located outside the Republic of Argentina. In those cases, we require contractual guarantees equivalent to the local protection framework set out in Law 25.326 and its regulations.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, update and deletion of your data, free of charge, at intervals of no less than six months, by writing to privacy@navorithyx.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the Oversight Body of Law 25.326, is empowered to handle claims and reports.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data. No transmission over the Internet is completely secure; we do our best effort to protect the information.
9. Changes
